Where is Opra based and who do you work with? +

Opra is based in Pretoria. Most clients are professional services businesses in Pretoria and Johannesburg — lawyers, accountants, consultants, healthcare practices, and similar firms.

Do you work with businesses outside Pretoria? +

Yes. Work is done remotely, so location does not matter. That said, Opra understands the Pretoria and Johannesburg markets well, which helps when local SEO is part of the brief.

How does the process work? +

One conversation to understand your business and what you need. A written proposal with scope, price, and timeline. You approve it, work starts, and you get updates at the key moments. At the end, you get the finished product and a full handover.

How long does a project take? +

Website builds take 1–4 weeks depending on the tier. Business systems take 1–3 weeks. You get an exact timeline in your proposal before anything starts.

Do you offer support after a project is done? +

Yes. Maintenance retainers are available for websites and business systems. For websites, the Basic retainer covers hosting and minor updates from R500/mo. For systems, a maintenance retainer covers ongoing support and improvements.

Can I see examples of your work? +
